| . . . C&G Ranch, Inc. is located 1/2 mile east of downtown Willis on Hwy 2432. It is a 100 acre Cow/Calf Operation with a combination of grass pastures and wooded trails. |

. . . Approximately 100 acres of fenced and cross-fenced pastures. Of this there is 70 acres of wooded trails and 30 acres of grass pasture. The front pasture has approximately 30 acres
of fertilized hay. The C&G Ranch facility
is a work in progress. |
