11/15/02 Internet Plus signs partnership agreement with CyrusOne to provide data center services. CyrusOne and Internet Plus plan to jointly develop and market a variety of web hosting products and services which include small business e-commerce store fronts for medium to small business's.
08/08/01 Internet Plus contracts with U.S. Wholesaler to build internet mall. Wholesaler to provide over 3,000 consumer products drop shipped to consumers homes. Expected launch October 15, 2001.
06/22/01

Internet Plus begins to offer computer consulting and training along with its web site development services. Company begins offering 24 / 7 consulting and support services.
03/08/01 Internet Plus contracts with Card Service International to provide credit card services for e-commerce clients.
03/15/01 Internet Plus entered into joint venture agreement with "Houston Home Show, Inc." to continue developing the company web site. Internet Plus will participate at the shows to promote the web site and to put exhibitors on the web site during the days of the show.
02/09/01 Internet Plus becomes reseller for "ReadyHosting.com" to provide web hosting services.
2000
 Internet Plus provides computer consulting and web development services to multiple clients while continuing to upgrade services.
1999
 Internet Plus entered into limited agreement with "International Exhibitors, Inc." to develop the "Texas Home and Garden Show" web site. Internet Plus traveled with the show to promote the web site and to put exhibitors up on the web site during the days of the show. Shows included: Houston, Austin, Dallas,

Internet Plus entered into limited agreement with Houston Home Show, Inc. to develop the "Houston Home Show" web site. Internet Plus participated at the show to promote the web site and to put exhibitors up on the web site during the days of the show.
1997 - 1998

Internet Plus signs contract to provide consulting services with "Bristol Babcock ". Internet Plus participated in a team to provide SCADA services to pipeline project in Nigeria. Services included graphic programming, UNIX file management, and engineering drawings for over 300 graphic screens for a deliverable SCADA system.

Internet Plus provides web development services to multiple clients while continuing to upgrade services. Internet Plus decides to get out of the dial-up access business because of lowering margins within the industry. Begins to center focus of company on web development services while planning for e-commerce development markets.
1995 - 1996
 Internet Plus provides computer consulting and web development services to multiple clients while continuing to upgrade services.
1994

Company renamed to "Internet Plus" to expand services into the Internet industry along with existing computer consulting services offered. Internet Plus becomes a re-seller for multiple Internet Service Providers in the Houston area to offer their dial-up services along with in-house web development services.

Participated in the first live coverage over the Internet of the "Shell Houston Open", golf tournament with local ISP.
1991 - 1994

"Computer Technology Center" opens in Houston to provided computer consulting and training services to the engineering markets.

"Computer Technology Center" signs contract to provide computer consulting and training services to "General Dynamics" in Cairo, Egypt. Services included design and implementation of computer network for 30 workstations. It also included training and managing of design/drafting department personnel.
